Season 4 has come to an immediate end for multiple purposes. The leading purpose is due to specific individuals threatening to use deadly force and open fire at the park we play at. For the safety and concern of the players, family and children, we have decided to shut the season down. Other reasonings is because of bank transactions disputes from some of the players. With the over whelming amount of players who have filed disputes with their banks on their player fees, we was put in a position to not have enough money to continue to the season. We will be refunding everybody within 30 days from 12/1/2024. It will be a pro-rated refund. Player fees that will be refunded will total up to $42. Team fee that will be refunded will total up to $78. We will not refund the full amount due to cost for the first 2 weeks of the season already being paid for. We have all team captains info to send refunds to. 
 

As a league and PART owner of it, we would like to spread our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. We understand to build a good product, it takes discipline, honor and trust on the business side to accomplish that. However, when one particular owner (Dmitri) betrays the trust within the ownership group, it was clear that this league wasn't going to survive. Dmitri before season 2 made a deal with Nik (old owner) to collect 30% of profits to help with the financial side of the business. Ran the numbers via excel sheet to show the potential profits etc. When week 1 of season 2 came around, he hounded Nik for his 30% (1,300) and collected his payment before running the final numbers for player entries etc. He made Nik believe and think he had so much money coming in profit wise when in reality, after all the discounts that Nik gave for season 2, Nik barely broke even. Still Nik's fault for not double checking the numbers. However, immediately, Dmitri put this business in the hole and upside down week 1. Dmitri then, helps save season 2 but forces Nik to pay him back the money he paid in to help save this league. Remind you, he is an owner... it is his responsibility to share the financial burden that the league suffered. So not only did he rip Nik off for $1,300 week 1, he is now double dipping on Nik collecting payments for what his responsibility to the league is anyways. Move forward to season 3. Dmitri, lacked at doing his job that it caused us to start having another change in ownership that lead us into dealing with attorneys to do so. So not only has he stolen money from the league, he refused to do his own job causing distress on others. Only wanted the CEO title to abuse power within the league and be a bully to specific individuals. Once he realized he wasn't going to get his way with that, he then decided to not do his job and lacked his so called "financial expertise" in the front office that he said he would be willing to step down from ownership. This league was in a downward trend from the beginning so to lack of business sense from Nik and Dmitri taking advantage of this league. Dmitri still hasn't given his resignation letter to be removed from ownership so he is just as liable for the refunds as any other owners in this league. However, he is a coward and won't do the honorable thing while others suffer at the hand of him. 
 

said all that to say this, it is because of Dmitri Holman as to why this league failed. However, as an owner, I will make sure the players and team captains will be rewarded those pro-rated refunds within the next 30 days.
